first day:
it was raining heavily. we were suppose to fall in at parade square but we went to the spectrum
we were outside the spectrum in half right position for around 20 min.OIC said drip 1 sweat on ground do 5 push-ups. i am ok with it, i still manage to hold in that position but thr are still some ppl that cannot make it and landed their knees on the floor..after taking the atendence, we were told our groups and to go into spectrum to meet our group ICs. i was in the same group as adam, fazirah, qiu mei, yusof,roseliyanu,kia seng and shawn lim.we sat in a circle to intro ourself then begin our bag check. hahas!! funny bagcheck lol.. he wanted to check my things, but...............

lol. he cannot.

then intro intro, pumping pumping. then went to CHURCH OF SAINT ANTHONY OF PADUA.
i learnt that--
~~birth of jesus christ
-borned 2000 years ago
~~church started more than 2000yrs ago.
~~catholic-universal or all inclusive
~~first church is initiated by jesus
~~holy trinity god.
~~worship known as Eucharist(thanks giving)

DIFFERENCES
-*mary and saints
mary is jesus mother. sainrs are holy people who done the wills of gods
-statues
to remind, not pray to statues
-bread and wine
into body and blood of christ
(a form of tribute to the jesus christ)
-priests cannot marry
to keep 'pure'
-tithe
whr 1/10 of $$ goes to church
-pope as spiritial leader
peter is the first pope

SAINT ANTHONY
-portugal
-dreamt of martyrdom in Morocco
-joint franciscans
fell sick and went home
-halfway, met storm. end up in sicily
-impromptu preaching
~revealed eloquence and knowledge of scripture
-went around to preach
-miricles happened!!!
1st: when no one was listening to him, fishes came up and listened to him
2nd:tongue still intact after death!! till now!!(meant that he was a borned speaker)
-fell sick at 36 yrs old, died 13/6, 1231

about 7 habits of highly effective ppl

1st!!-being proactive.
automatically participate in all kinds of activities

--i am a responsible ppl
--i take initiative
--choose my actions, attitude,moods
--do not blaame ppl for my mistakes
--do right thing even noone is lookin

2nd!!-begin with the end in mind
setting goals for what you are doing

--plan ahead and set goals
--do smthing tt hav meaning and make a difference
--i am inportant part of my classroom cca and contribution is made from me to sku
--looking for ways to be a good citizen!!

3rd!!!-put first things first
means to understand an know whts more important . to do the 'must do' be4 the 'want to do'

--to spend time to think whts important
--having courage to say no
--set priorities right!!
--follow to what u planned!

4th!!-think win-win
to strike a balance between 2 things

--balanced courage for getting wht i want with consideration of wht ppl wants
--make deposits in others emotional bank account
--when conflicts occurs, think of 3rd alternatives

5th!!-seek first to understand then be understood
learn to accept others idea

--listen to other ideas and feelings
--putting yourself in to others shoes
--confident in making ideas
--lookin into eyes when talkin!!

6th!!-synergize
to value ppls strenght, get along with them. even if different with them!

--working well in groups
--accept ppls ideas
--HUMBLE!
--be simple but powerful!!

7th!!-sharpen the saw
to stop and reflect

--take care of your own body
-- spend time with family members
--learn everywhr, not only in sku

step1:objective
-whts the main objective of this event?

step2:brainstorming and delecate tasks
-creating a committee
-list down all the tasks that has to be done
-create sub-committee for certain tasks
-appoint an overall in charge for each sub-committee

step3:proposal
-each IC come up with a detailed proposal on how to conduct the event
-overrall IC will compile all the info into one proposal

step4:preparation and prioritize
-start to prepare all the activities
-confirm strength of event
-get parents consent
-buy logistics
-book venus, buses

step5:contigency plans
-look out for possible problems
-brainstorm for solutions
-make sure ur event is loophole free!!

oh ya!! after dinner played a game in the school hall!!we have to go pass but ... its hard thou..
hahas, we came up with all sorts of ideas but to no avail.. but with the help of ICs, all of us managed to go pass! i did not play because my leg hurts like shit!!
then, we were told to change into our long sleeve shirt and wait outside the library, we waited for around 30 minutes, i guess!! tryin to test my patience?!!?!?!
lol.. hahas, went in for another lecture.. it was freezing cold man!!! zzzzzzzz... fell asleep...

(from here onwards i did not copy, i was dozing off.~~hehe)
then we got the world hardest movie marathon!! the moment my head can rest on my hands, i can sleep! so i made myself stand up, jump around to keep awake, but its unbelievable that i can sleep while standing!!! oh my god, i was seriously DAMN TIRED!!!
went to the toilet 2 time, i foung out that tap water is no use, i must use the cold cold water cooler to wash my facee!! cold!!!
hahas, but seemed no use, i struggled through the 2 hours, with 1000kg of weight is on my eyelids!! hehe. after that we were told to have a sleep. the moment my ass in on floor i doze off!

4.00, we were told to wake up!! CRAZY, we 2.30 sleep want us 4 wake up, oni gave us 2 minutes prepare.. no time to wash up!!!
we went to spectrum, did some hand exercise, the some ppl waterbottle cap came off, guys were told to remove their clothes to clean the floor lol, haha!!
we were told to do event planning, unluckily my group were told to do the prom night de, damn hard. kena scolded for being untidy, hahas. vik sir also said that it was dissapointing... lol
then mdm was good to tell us to get 1 more hour of rest. chiong back and of course i slept.
we woke up, i went to wash up. then had our breakfast,
then continued with our water games!! this is the best camp water games i had ever had!!! it was fun lol!! hahas!!
then changed into dry clothes and had our lucd, we had debrief.. i finally took back my phone!! lol hahas. i ask qingyangIC why the list wanted us to take torch while they wanted to confiscated our torch.. well, he said for fun. while i dun fing the fun thing in.hahas, then they asked us about who wanted to be exco-s
i raised up my hands upon wanting to be the CCA exco and the vice ppl for CCA exco^^ hehe
then finally we are free!!!
oh my god, i managed to survive from the camp, i feel so proud!
but now, the moment i laugh, my stomach muscles just hurts so much!!^^
